Meditation is Exhilaration

The fear most resist 

The pain most deny 

When turned towards 

Pushed into 

Fully met 

And embraced 

Becomes an ecstasy 

So ambrosic 

Many never leave the cave. 

Ecstatic, 

The meditator dies a million  little  

deaths. 

Watching, waiting 

To see if he 

Or God 

Blinks first.
