Polarity

If you judge polarity you do not understand polarity. 

Like gravity,  

electromagnetism,  

or the fact that there are two sexes and something that happens between them, Polarity is. 

Polarity is not something you "turn on" to build chemistry or have better sex. It's not a trend Facebook coaches use to make money and annoy you.  Polarity birthed the Cosmos. 

And is the living pulse of atoms and stars.  

Your consciousness of this reality,  

Your dance with this yin/yang, 

Is your art and the art behind all art. 

As this ultimate art of opposites,  

The very science of energy, sex, and Life, 

It takes time to cultivate.  

As all great arts do. 

You can start with books. 

And to really get it, 

You need to live it at every level and in every relationship. 

Sincerely commit and you WILL change at an axiomatic, atomic level. Your universe will change. 

It will at first be messy. 

Like a dormant star beginning to pulse.

You'll trigger people, question your power, and want to quit.  This core practice confronts at every level that needs healing. 

This is why it is important to have a teacher hold you there, help you there, and lead you through the stages of development. 

The cost for anything worth doing is always ego, traumas, and comfort. And if you stick with it and have the support you need,  

You will see EPIC gains. Across the board.  

In health, wealth, love, and all Life.  

Polarity is not an idea but a living thing. 

Dance well and bear the inestimable fruit.
